Scouting out a NEW location in Exeter. Our lease ends April 1st and we have been
actively searching for and reviewing new spaces for Sync to expand and provide privacy desks, a coffee bar and the current smart lounge concept for work, study or travel.
We hope to have more information ASAP. All membership payments will be paused and members can opt back in once the new space is confirmed and re-opened.
We the love the downtown concept but the space required a 5 year renewal and we couldnt yet commit to that timeline with the current limited features.
We hope to re-open by May 1st if all goes well.

This option provides you with all of the features of the $2 Smart Lounge Pass, plus access to one of our PC's for work or gaming.
Ideal for those looking for a peaceful spot to participate in online gaming or have access to more amenities during their visit to Sync Space.

Meeting Pass - up to 2 hours
Stream your meeting at Sync Space. The Meeting Pass includes all of the features of the Smart Lounge Pass, along with two hours of access to a semi-private backroom with access to HDMI cables, large monitor, and a projector.
This is ideal for professionals, teams, or individuals requiring a dedicated working space equipped with essential tools for productive meetings and presentations.

Semi-Private Event Space Rental
Want to host a book club, an HOA meeting, or a workshop at Sync? For this fee you can reserve the left side of the space for you and your attendees to gather!
*the right side of the space will still be open to paying members

Private Event Space Rental
Want to host a birthday party, retirement gathering, or stage performances at Sync? For this fee you can reserve the entire space for 4 hours.
*Sync members will be notified the space will not be open at the specific times of the private event.
